LicenseReq tracks licence, bond and insurance expirations for contractors working across multiple jurisdictions. If you need help with the app, email support@licensereq.com and a person will answer.

Contact

The way to reach a person is by email: support@licensereq.com. Include the email address your account uses and a short description of the problem, and we will reply from the same address.

Getting an account

Accounts are set up by an administrator at your company. If you do not have sign-in details, ask your administrator to add you.

Signing in

The app is sign-in only. Use the email address and password your administrator gave you.

If you have forgotten your password, tap Forgot Password on the sign-in screen and follow the prompts.

Notifications

The app sends alerts before a licence, bond or policy expires. If alerts are not arriving, check that notifications are allowed for LicenseReq in your device settings. On iOS this is under Settings, Notifications, LicenseReq. On Android it is under Settings, Apps, LicenseReq, Notifications.
